I have found that, it is all very well completing your meditation, your yoga, citations, or whatever you are focusing on, but in carrying something around with you, helps to continue the thought through the day.
This highlights that focus, helping you to concentrate, making it more pertinent to your own day.
It can be in the form of a bracelet, necklet or pendant, perhaps. Something you carry around, or leave in the car perhaps. An item that gives that trigger.
